Biography

Yvonne previously led the technical department at Toni and Guy, where she managed teams, supported trainees and refined her colour craft through daily hands-on work. Her training includes the L’Oréal Academy Distinction Colour Degree, Colour Keys and Corrections, and AVEDA foundation and technical courses. This blend of high-level education and studio experience gives her a confident, considered approach to every colour plan.

    Yvonne has been highlighting my hair for 3 years and she is brilliant. Always listens to what I want and her work is fast and precise. I panic when she is going away! Vicky is an amazing hairstylist. I have tricky hair that needs taming and shaping - she is the best. I love Debbie too. A salon with lovely friendly atmosphere.

    I've been coming to this salon since the 90s and even though I've moved down to Brighton I would never consider going anywhere else. The salon has a lovely friendly vibe. Yvonne colours my hair beautifully. Debbie has been cutting my hair for the last 7 years, she is a superb stylist, every cut has been faultless and still looks great after a few months plus her blow drying is second to none and I'm a pretty fussy customer! I would definitely recommend giving this great local salon a try

    Going to the B&L salon is like visiting friends but even better as I get supper high lights by Yvonne and a wonderful hair cut by Debbie or if she is away Vicky does a great cut too Thank you
