Who It's For
If you have uneven colour, banding, brassiness, box dye build-up, hair that feels too dark or too light, or a mismatch from roots to ends, this service is for you. It is also ideal when you want to return closer to your natural shade or shift tone before an event.
It suits busy schedules and anyone who values reliable results and plain-English advice. If you are unsure whether you need correction or a standard colour, book a quick consultation and we will guide you to the right option.
Duration & Appointment Timing
Allow around 3 hours for a typical correction. Complex changes or heavy build-up may need longer or a series of visits so we can protect your hair.
A consultation is recommended in advance. An allergy test may be required before any new colour service. We confirm techniques, timing and the finish before we begin, so you know exactly what to expect.
Aftercare & Maintenance
Use colour-safe shampoo and conditioner, wash with lukewarm water, and always apply heat protection. Limit hot tools and treat hair weekly with a strengthening mask to maintain shine and softness.
Plan for toner or gloss top-ups every 4–8 weeks to keep your shade refined. Larger lightening or rebalancing services are usually spaced 8–12+ weeks apart, guided by hair condition and your goals.
Protect hair from sun and chlorine, and avoid box dyes that can complicate future services. If your tone drifts, book a quick refresh before it becomes a bigger correction again.
