Who It's For
If you want hair that looks polished with minimal effort, this service is for you. Ideal for busy weeks, events, or when hair feels flat or frizzy. It is also a great refresh between cuts to show off your shape.
Suitable for straight, wavy, curly and coily textures. We work with your natural pattern and choose techniques that enhance movement or smoothness based on what you prefer.
Duration & Appointment Timing
Allow around 60 minutes for the full service. That covers consultation, shampoo, conditioning and a complete blowdry with finish.
If your hair is very long or dense, or you want a detailed wave set, tell us when you book so we can plan the right timing. Please arrive promptly so we can complete every step properly.
Aftercare & Maintenance
Avoid steam and heavy humidity straight after your appointment to help the finish set. Sleep with hair loosely tied using a soft scrunchie, or clip it in two loose twists to keep movement.
In the morning, brush from ends to roots to reduce frizz. A light serum on mid-lengths and ends adds shine, while a touch of dry shampoo at the roots lifts day two or three.
Use heat protection if you refresh with a dryer or irons at home. Rebook weekly, before an event, or as part of your regular upkeep so your style stays easy to manage.

I’ve been getting my hair done at Butler & Lawler for a while now and it is always a great experience. Yvonne is a master or colour, even when it’s growing out it still looks natural, and Debbie couldn’t give a bad cut if she tried, she’s also great with tips on how to manage your hair at home. Yvonne and Debbie are also really good company and conversation flows easily. I don’t know the rest of the staff so well but everyone is polite and friendly. I always get nice compliments about my hair after a visit to Butler & Lawler and can highly recommend the salon.
