Debbie brings more than twenty years of West End experience, paired with a warm, straightforward manner that puts clients at ease. Her career spans leading shows with Harrington’s, directing teams at Profile, and progressing to Style Director at Toni and Guy Chiswick.

She is also a government-accredited assessor and a L’Oréal Cut and Style Trophy finalist.

Debbie joined Butler and Lawler in 2006. Clients value her calm advice, clear explanations and results that feel polished yet easy to manage at home.

    I have been having my haircut by Debbie for over 10 years and always really pleased with the results . I trust her opinion and have great faith in her cutting and styling abilities . I often recommend to friends and sometimes bump into them in there ! Martina has been colouring my hair for the same length of time , I always get a very professional finish and feel great when leaving the salon. The salon has a lovely relaxed atmosphere , everyone is very welcoming and the tea and biscuits are on tap :) Wouldn't dream of going anywhere else !

    A very friendly and cosy environment but don't be fooled....this salon houses top professionals with a lot of experience in styling and colouring. I have been going here for many years and have never been disappointed with the cut or colour. Recently, I have started having short and v short hair from previous mid length and Vicky and Debbie have taken me gradually through the process so that i don't feel "shorn" or traumatised by the change. A few celebrities quietly getting their hair done here but not so you would notice.

    Discovering Vicky almost twenty years ago was one of the best things Ive ever done. The salon has a wonderful friendly and easy going feel to it - with great music. It is truly wonderful to be able to go and have a perfect haircut every time which is exactly what Vicky does. Even though I 've been a regular for so long Vicky still takes the time to review my hair. Whats wonderful is there is no need to chat if you don't feel like it so it can be an enjoyable chat or a really relaxing peaceful hour. Over time many of my friends have become regular clients and I still get stopped in the street by strangers to know where I get my hair cut ! Before she moved to NY my daughter was a regular client of Debbie's , who is also brilliant. I can't recommend the salon and team more highly - Mary

    I first came here to donate my hair and have kept going back since! Debbie is absolutely fantastic and everyone in the salon is so friendly and welcoming. I’ve had a variety of haircuts in slightly different styles and have loved every single one. Would 100% recommend!!!

    I’ve been having my hair cut here every four weeks for nearly 15 years (it grows quickly). Jennifer, Debbie, Vicky and team are all amazing and now snip the whole Gosling family. It’s our West London secret but too good to keep to ourselves. Go there now to sort your bonce out.
