She went on to refine her craft in Knightsbridge, South Molton Street and at the Sassoon Academy, working in precision cutting every day. Her years included teaching, demonstrating, mentoring and developing a trained eye both on stage and in the classroom. After a period of freelancing with former Sassoon colleagues, Vicky joined Butler and Lawler in 1995. She bought the salon in 2001 and became sole owner in 2010.
